The New Jersey Restorative Justice Network brings together people from different disciplines who share a common interest in expanding practices of restorative justice across New Jersey.
Founded in 2020, the organization is comprised of experienced practitioners, advocates, and allies.

We envision a world in which interpersonal relationships and communities are built on equity, caring, and fairness. In addressing harm, we see the humanity in all people and choose accountability, healing, and repair over punishment.
Mission
Our mission is to promote restorative justice principles and practices by fostering relationships, empathy, healing, and accountability to transform schools, communities, and the current legal systems that respond to harm.

- To be a resource for finding information, programs and practitioners of restorative justice in New Jersey.
- To provide opportunities for practitioners and advocates to support each other, share information, and develop programs.
- To advocate for the expansion of restorative justice programs in New Jersey.
- To educate our greater New Jersey community about restorative justice and how the practices of restorative justice may be applied in individual, group, community, and systems.
